Celebrate the Wild Ones DFW seedling chapter’s first year in Texas. Join us in this joyous occasion as we plant our new sprout, Quercus muehlenbergii, who we affectionately call, “Chinquapin Oak.” 

Bring your friends and family along with a picnic lunch, non-alcoholic drinks,
chairs, and blankets.
The event starts with a bring-your-own family-friendly picnic at noon, followed by a tree planting ceremony at 1 p.m.
