Texas Blossoms beautifies Texas by planting and maintaining blossoming trees. We partner with local communities to plant trees lining roadways, in park, and around schools and libraries. We believe that blossoming trees bring life and vibrancy back to historically underserved or underfunded areas. Texas Blossoms raises funds, organizes local volunteers and coordinates with neighborhood organizations, governmental entities, non-profits, and individuals to spread life and community throughout Texas.

The Texas Blossoms 2023 Back In Bloom Gala will feature cocktails, hors d'ouevres, raffles, a wine pull, and special guest speakers.

Also, there will be a special screening of The Wilderness Within, a short film by award-winning producer and director Jason van Bruggen.

The Wilderness Within explores the “biodiversity crisis” of modern urban wildernesses. The film documents green spaces in Toronto, the largest city in Canada, with a population of nearly three million people. 17 percent of the city is natural space, making it one of the largest urban forests in the world.  Despite its size, the city’s native oak trees are being choked out by invasive species, leaving the forest a desolate shell of its former glory.  A determined environmentalist embarks on a quest to gather thousands of oak seeds to grow the next generation of native trees and restore biodiversity to Toronto’s once mighty forest.
