About Our Presentation: SPEER is a non-profit organization whose mission is to accelerate the adoption of energy-efficient products and services in Texas and Oklahoma. They accomplish their mission by building and leading diverse partnerships among all stakeholders, providing science-based resources and training, and promoting policies that advance energy efficiency technology, research, and other innovations.

About Our Presenter: Randy Plumlee, Energy Code Program Manager at SPEER ("South-central Partnership for Energy Efficiency as a Resource"), earned an AAS degree in Residential Building Performance from Dallas College, and International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and RESNET Home Energy Rating System (HERS) certifications. Prior to his tenure at SPEER, he worked as a Comfort Specialist doing energy audits, energy modeling, and field inspections for one of the largest third-party energy raters in North Texas.
