According to a new report by Dr. John Nielsen-Gammon, Texas' State Climatologist, Texans should expect and prepare for hotter temperatures, more extreme weather and greater risk of fire and flooding.

Dr. John Nielsen-Gammon, author of that report, will be our guest speaker for this online only event on June 8. Dr. Nielsen-Gammon is an American meteorologist and climatologist. He is a Professor of Meteorology at Texas A&M University, and the Texas State Climatologist, holding both appointments since 2000.
