Annual online event hosted by Communities Foundation of Texas. Donations are matched to local nonprofits, who are pre-approved prior to the day.

In addition, nonprofits can receive various cash prizes.

Many North Texas environmental and animal welfare nonprofits are participating including Texas Campaign for the Environment, Dallas Sierra Club, Greater Fort Worth Sierra Club, Downwinders at Risk, Groundwork Dallas, Texas Trees Foundation, Tandy Hills Natural Area, Twelve Hills Nature Center and the Humane Society of North Texas.

This year, for the first time, participants can donate to FoodsourceDFW, the sister organization of GreenSourceDFW.
