Blue Zones Project Fort Worth is a part of a nation-wide  well-being improvement initiative designed to make sustainable improvements to the environments where we live, work, learn and play. Blue Zones Project encourages changes to our community that lead to healthier options in key areas, including worksites, schools, grocery stores, restaurants, community policy, faith-based communities and neighborhoods. The expected results of Blue Zones Project is lower healthcare costs, increased performance and higher quality of life for people who live or work in Fort Worth.

The Blue Zones Fair is open to the public. There will be free healthy cooking demonstrations, tai chi and yoga classes, drum circles and community garden tours.
