The Biodiversity Education Center (BEC) is preparing for the 4th Annual Fall Frolic event which celebrates nature with hands-on activities along the trail system at Coppell Nature Park. This year, our Fall Frolic celebration will resemble the style of Trail Days. The mile-long nature walk will have three activity stations for young explorers to learn about the three main ecosystems of Coppell Nature Park. Continue our season celebration of Arbor Day and learn about the trees of Coppell Nature Park at our forest station. Discover the unique features of Cottonwood Creek at the riparian station and reseed the Blackland Prairie with us as you learn about this endangered ecosystem at the prairie station.
