For years Jeff Williams has been involved in numerous area projects. Of special interest to ACC members are his roles in the River Legacy Foundation and the Johnson Creek Corridor Plan. In Arlington environmental issues rarely figure into the races, so we really don't know how green our candidates are. Here's a chance to learn about matters that concern all of us. In the interest of fairness, we also invited Mayor Bob Cluck, but he had a schedule conflict and won't be able to attend.
BIO: W. Jeff Williams, P.E. is President of Graham Associates possessing 33 years of experience in civil engineering. Jeff has been working on very diverse and high profile projects. These projects have ranged from Parks, Town Centers, Sports Complexes, and Churches. Jeff has served as the principal in charge or project manager for some of the premier projects in the D/FW metroplex such as AT&T (Cowboys) Stadium, I.H. 30 Three Bridges, The Ballpark in Arlington, River Legacy Living Science Center, The Parks Mall, Southlake Town Square, and Prestonwood Baptist Church. Mr. Williams has received the "Award of Excellence" from the Texas Section of the American Society of Landscape Architects for the Johnson Creek Corridor Plan. He has also received the "Comprehensive Planning Award" by the Texas Section of the American Planning Association. Mr. Williams is currently serving as the Civil Engineer for the 400-acre Nebraska Furniture Mart development in The Colony, Texas. He is also working on the largest suburban infill, mixed use development in the nation – the 2000 acre Viridian Development in North Arlington.
