Special guests, Anthony Martin and Genevieve Sherman of Greenworks Lending will introduce the program by presenting specific examples of some of the state’s first projects completed and/or in progress. $35.

Learn firsthand how to create a Sustainable Energy Management Program and Process (SEMPP) to achieve sustained energy cost, repair and maintenance and cost avoidance reduction that will lower overall costs (capital and R&M). The four areas of the program Conscientious and Continuous Operational Changes (CCOC) and the seven steps of the process will be covered in detail. Kristina Ronneberg, Air Quality Planner with the North Central Texas Council of Governments, will describe the state of electric vehicles in North Central Texas. This will cover the types of cars currently available, the availability of charging stations, owner incentives or rebates, and what is forthcoming for EVs.
