Presenter Larry Howe.

The Summit gathers municipal IoT stakeholders, Federal and State policy advocates, as well as academic and industry thought leaders to address Smart Cities and Transportation strategy, deployment, operation, funding and success.

Experts, owners and enthusiasts will be in attendance to answer questions and give visitors the chance to ride in or drive the vehicles. This experience will provide many with the opportunity to learn and explore these innovative vehicles. Those interested in learning more about EVs are encouraged to attend.

The DFW Solar Tour is produced by an all-volunteer team of dedicated solar advocates. Because the tour has grown to be the largest renewable energy tour in Texas, this year's tour will involve approximately 150 people in various capacities! Too many for individual trainings! Because of our expanded Education Centers "hub" concept and new procedures, there will be an Orientation & Training meeting where you can pick up your Tour yard signs, T-shirts, and materials for Tour Day.

12 p.m. - Tour Committee meeting

The meeting is being held to discuss the serious radioactive waste threat to the Texas/New Mexico region and how we can halt this plan. It will be held in Austin but will also be accessible via the internet or conference call. See instructions below.
