Participate in a discussion about the connections between science research, business, and local policy at The Jane Nelson Institute for Women's Leadership at Texas Woman's University and tour the Science Research Commons building and Butterfly Gardens on October 6, 2023.
Pioneering in Environmental Science. Texas Woman’s University now offers Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Environmental Science and Environmental Chemistry.
Schedule of the Event
The first part of the event will be networking at the Sue S. Bancroft Women’s Leadership Hall, followed by lunch and a presentation. After the presentation, we will tour the Science Research Commons and Butterfly Garden outside the Ann Stuart Science Complex.
For the presentation:
• 11 a.m. - Networking at Sue S. Bancroft Women’s Leadership Hall Exhibit
• 11:20 a.m. - Lunch and presentation/panel discussion
• Tour - 12:30 p.m.- ScienceResearch Commons & Butterfly Garden (ASSC)
• Walk Back - 1:20 p.m. - Back to Jane Nelson Institute for Women.
