Regardless of where you live in Texas, drought is a fact of life. As Texas quickly grows we must conserve water for drier days and strategically plan to meet projected water demands. As part of the Texas Living Waters Project, and the Galveston Bay Foundation, this month's conference call guest will be Emily Seldomridge. As the Water Policy and Outreach Specialist for Galveston Bay Foundation, Emily will share her perspective on the depth and scope of the challenges we face, as well as best practices moving forward. Emily will discuss the balancing of water needs and available resources, as well as the status of the Texas State Water Planning.
