Cedar Hill officials are anticipating a future transit stop in the city center as the Dallas-Fort Worth area’s public transportation system continues to expand. To determine how the city can benefit from transit expansion, transit-oriented development and form-based zoning code they are inviting public participation.

Residents and business leaders are invited to a 2-hour public workshop for an introductory presentation providing an overview of the principles of small-town smart growth and how local codes impact development patterns.
