I am eating broccoli, isn’t that enough? Well, cruciferous vegetables are full of sulforaphanes if prepared properly. Let’s learn how to prepare kohlrabi, bok choy, arugula and more.

Cooking classes hosted by vegetarian chef Laura Slayton at North Texas' only all-vegetarian B&B. All classes are hands-on. Participants will do the cooking. We will discuss the nutritional benefits, learn how to prepare the dishes, then, of course, eat what we make.

$70/two classes; $40/one class. Info: Laura at LauraHSlayton@gmail.com or 609-712-1213
