Vegan 101 is branching out from our usual Dallas stomping ground to visit Mellow Mushroom in Arlington! What's great about Mellow Mushroom? They speak Vegan - with tofu and tempeh subs, a Mega-Veggie Pizza (mega-delicious when you substitute dairy cheese with Daiya). For those interested in healthier fare, they have great salads and tortilla soup.
